Corvette Club of Iowa . . . Born to Run
More than 100 Vette owners and enthusiasts make
up the Corvette Club of Iowa. Some are backyard mechanics that know
every nuance of small block engines. Others may not be gear heads,
but they can identify the rumble of a big block at a quarter-mile
distance. Still others just appreciate the beauty and performance of
Corvettes.
CCI meets on the third Tuesday of the month at different
locations throughout the Des Moines area. Our other
treks take us on dinner cruises, road-course competitions, car
shows and many other destinations. We also believe in
supporting our communities by aiding many charities, including
Adopt-a-Star, Variety Club of Iowa, Toys for Tots and the Food
Bank. Mostly, we just enjoy life.
Founded in 1962, the Corvette Club of Iowa is part of the West
Region of the National Council of Corvette Clubs. We have been
actively enjoying our Corvette community, socially as
well as competitively, for nearly 45 years, not to mention the
network of people and businesses that make it work. We invite
you to stop by one of our events or General Membership
meetings and check us out.
